Dropshipping Partner Agreement

Between: Infinity Solutions, a partnership firm, E-442, Sector-E, Vivek Vihar Yojna, Sangariya, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342005 · GSTIN 08AAJFI8603G1ZA, represented by Madhulika Rani, Partner (“Kraftskala”) and you, the reseller named above (the “Reseller”).

1. Program. Kraftskala manufactures handcrafted iron, brass, marble, resin and wood home décor in Jodhpur and supplies it to you on a blind dropship basis. You hold no inventory. You are the seller of record to the end customer.
2. Security deposit. No deposit is required to open your account (Diwali 2026 offer, open to registrations until 31 October 2026). A one-time refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required before we ship cash-on-delivery orders for you; prepaid orders need no deposit. It is a deposit, not a fee, and is fully refundable: on written notice of exit we settle any outstanding dues, undelivered-order costs or damages against it and refund the balance within 7 working days. It is not adjusted against order payments and earns no interest.
3. Pricing & payment. Your dropship price for each product is 25% off the selling price published for it on kraftskala.com, shown against your account in the Partner Portal, unless a separate rate card is agreed with you in writing; we give 15 days’ notice of any change. You pay for each order before dispatch (or on delivery for COD orders, under clause 7). Every order ships with a GST invoice.
4. What you sell it for. We sell the same products on kraftskala.com and through authorised retail and marketplace channels, and those channels are entitled to price protection. So you agree not to advertise, list or sell any product below the selling price we publish for it on kraftskala.com — it is shown as “You sell at” on each product in the Partner Portal. You are free to sell at or above that price, and anything above it is yours to keep. This covers the listed price and any discount, coupon, bundle or promotion that brings the effective price below it. We give you 15 days’ notice before changing a published selling price. If you keep selling below it after we have written to you, we may suspend your account.
5. Orders & dispatch. Place orders through your partner login on kraftskala.com — pick products in the Partner Portal and check out with your partner price applied automatically — or send them by WhatsApp, email or a shared sheet. Orders received by 10:00 AM are dispatched the same working day, subject to stock and payment. We maintain a live stock list; we are not liable for a sale you make on an item shown as out of stock.
6. Shipping. We ship every order and we pay for it: your price includes shipping, and no shipping charge is ever added to your invoice. If you prefer to ship on courier labels from your own account, we give you an extra 10% discount on your price instead. Pan-India, typically 4–9 business days, fragile-safe packed.
7. Cash on delivery. COD is available once the security deposit in clause 2 has been received. Every COD order carries ₹60 extra on top of the product price. If your customer refuses or does not accept a COD parcel, you bear the return shipping at actual cost — we will give you the actual return cost for each such order.
8. Branding & packaging. Blind / white-label: neutral unbranded packaging by default, carrying no Kraftskala marks, with your packing slip and invoice inserted. Custom branded packaging available on request.
9. Where you may sell. Your own website or store only. You may not list or sell our products on marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or Myntra. Breach permits immediate suspension of your account.
10. Returns & damage. We replace or refund items damaged in transit, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and outer packaging. We do not accept COD rejections or change-of-mind returns — as seller of record, you bear that risk and handle customer service on those orders.
11. Product content. You are licensed to use our product photographs and descriptions — as published on kraftskala.com and in our catalog — on your own store, for the purpose of selling Kraftskala products, for as long as this agreement is in force. The licence ends when this agreement does.
12. Term & exit. Either side may end this agreement by written notice (email or WhatsApp suffices). Orders already paid for are dispatched. The deposit is refunded per clause 2.
13. General. Neither side is liable for delays beyond reasonable control. Governed by Indian law; courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan. This is the whole agreement between us.
