Dropshipping Partner Agreement
Between: Infinity Solutions, a partnership firm, E-442, Sector-E, Vivek Vihar Yojna, Sangariya, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342005 · GSTIN 08AAJFI8603G1ZA, represented by Madhulika Rani, Partner (“Kraftskala”) and you, the reseller named above (the “Reseller”).
Program. Kraftskala manufactures handcrafted iron, brass, marble, resin and wood home décor in Jodhpur and supplies it to you on a blind dropship basis. You hold no inventory. You are the seller of record to the end customer.
Security deposit. A one-time deposit of ₹10,000 activates your account. It is a deposit, not a fee, and is fully refundable: on written notice of exit we settle any outstanding dues, undelivered-order costs or damages against it and refund the balance within 7 working days. It is not adjusted against order payments and earns no interest.
Pricing & payment. Your dropship prices are set out in the rate card issued at onboarding, based on volume and product mix; we give 15 days’ notice of any change. You pay for each order before dispatch. Every order ships with a GST invoice.
Orders & dispatch. Send orders by WhatsApp, email or a shared sheet. Orders received by 10:00 AM are dispatched the same working day, subject to stock and payment. We maintain a live stock list; we are not liable for a sale you make on an item shown as out of stock.
Shipping. Either (a) we ship and charge you per order at actuals, or (b) you supply courier labels from your own account and we increase your discount in return. Pan-India, typically 4–9 business days, fragile-safe packed.
Branding & packaging. Blind / white-label: neutral unbranded packaging by default, carrying no Kraftskala marks, with your packing slip and invoice inserted. Custom branded packaging available on request.
Where you may sell. Your own website or store only. You may not list or sell our products on marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or Myntra. Breach permits immediate suspension of your account.
Returns & damage. We replace or refund items damaged in transit, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and outer packaging. We do not accept COD rejections or change-of-mind returns — as seller of record, you bear that risk and handle customer service on those orders.
Product content. You are licensed to use our product photographs and descriptions — as published on kraftskala.com and in our catalog — on your own store, for the purpose of selling Kraftskala products, for as long as this agreement is in force. The licence ends when this agreement does.
Term & exit. Either side may end this agreement by written notice (email or WhatsApp suffices). Orders already paid for are dispatched. The deposit is refunded per clause 2.
General. Neither side is liable for delays beyond reasonable control. Governed by Indian law; courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan. This is the whole agreement between us.
Activate your account — refundable security deposit
