Customised bulk orders usually dispatch in 10–14 working days after design and quantity approval. Large branded orders may need 3–4 weeks; your quote confirms the schedule. Ready-stock retail orders received before 2 PM dispatch the same day. Transit usually takes 2–5 days depending on the distance. Tell us your required delivery date before confirming an order.

Your quoted rate is held for 30 days from the date we send it. That means you can take it through your internal approvals without the number moving under you.

Yes. We can send sample pieces so you can check the finish and weight in person before you place the full order. Ask for sample terms along with your quote and we will confirm the cost and turnaround for your specific pieces.

Yes. We ship pan-India and can split one order across multiple office addresses, or dispatch individually to employee or client addresses if you send us the address list. Tell us how many locations you need on your enquiry so the quote covers it correctly.

Handcrafted stone, marble and brass travel well but transit accidents happen. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will replace the piece or credit it. We would rather re-send than argue.

Standard terms are a part advance on order confirmation with the balance before dispatch. Your exact terms are stated on the quote, so there are no surprises at invoice stage.

We manufacture our metal decor other than brass, plus our resin and marble-dust products. These ranges feature our own designs. We source brass and wooden pieces from other makers and suppliers. Check the individual product details and ask us to confirm the material and finish of your shortlist; solid marble and marble-dust resin are different materials.

Send us a reference photo or a sketch. Custom design is normal for us — we already make to order in these materials, so a new size, finish, colour or engraved variant is usually possible. We will tell you honestly if a design is not feasible in the timeline you need.

We do handle export enquiries. Mention the destination country in your requirement and we will come back on shipping, documentation and lead time for that market.
