Handcrafted stone, marble and brass travel well but transit accidents happen. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will replace the piece or credit it. We would rather re-send than argue.

Standard terms are a part advance on order confirmation with the balance before dispatch. Your exact terms are stated on the quote, so there are no surprises at invoice stage.

No, and this is the main reason companies choose us. We manufacture in our own Jodhpur workshop with local artisans — marble, brass, iron, wood and resin pieces, over 300 designs. Your gift will not be the same imported item your employees have already received from three other companies.

Send us a reference photo or a sketch. Custom design is normal for us — we already make to order in these materials, so a new size, finish, colour or engraved variant is usually possible. We will tell you honestly if a design is not feasible in the timeline you need.
