Key Terms
- Product selection: KraftSkala controls exact SKUs in each Curated Box. You choose style theme only — this protects box quality and our pricing model.
- No returns on curated boxes: Boxes are non-returnable as they are specially assembled. Damaged items are replaced on a case-by-case basis with photo evidence.
- B2B membership renewal: Membership is annual. Rates are locked for 12 months from your start date. Renewal pricing may be revised annually.
- GST and invoicing: B2B members receive GST-compliant invoices on all orders. Membership fee invoice is issued separately at sign-up.
- Dispatch timeline: Curated boxes ship within 7–10 business days of each quarter start. B2B orders ship per the timeline agreed in your quotation.
- Cancellation and pause: Annual plans may be paused once per year. Membership fees are non-refundable. Unused quarterly box credits can be rolled over one quarter.
