- Product selection: KraftSkala controls exact SKUs in each Curated Box. You choose style theme only — this protects box quality and our pricing model.
- No returns on curated boxes: Boxes are non-returnable as they are specially assembled. Damaged items are replaced on a case-by-case basis with photo evidence.
- Bulk quote validity: Your quoted rate is held for 30 days. There is no membership to renew. If your quote has expired, ask us to reconfirm the price before ordering.
- GST and invoicing: Business buyers receive GST-compliant invoices on confirmed orders. Requesting a bulk quote is free.
- Dispatch timeline: Curated boxes ship within 7–10 business days of each quarter start. B2B orders ship per the timeline agreed in your quotation.
- Curated box pause and rollover: Annual curated box plans may be paused once per year. Unused quarterly box credits can be rolled over one quarter.
