Frequently Asked Questions
I need the same item for all my employees — can you do that?
Yes — that is exactly what the Corporate Supply programme is for. You choose the item type and quantity, and we deliver identical pieces every quarter. This is separate from the Curated Variety subscription which sends a mix of different pieces.
Why not just place an order each time instead of subscribing?
Two reasons: stock and price. Popular items sell out fast before Diwali — subscribers get their allocation reserved months in advance. You also lock in your per-piece price for the year, so no surprise increases. The subscription is an advance commitment in exchange for guaranteed supply and fixed pricing.
Can I change which item I want each quarter?
For Corporate Supply, yes — you can request a different item each quarter during your quarterly planning call. For the Curated Variety subscription, our team selects the pieces (that is the point of curation), though you can share style preferences and custom requests.
Do I get a proper GST invoice?
Yes. Every shipment comes with a GST tax invoice in your company name. GSTIN will be included if provided during onboarding.
What is the Diwali stock guarantee exactly?
If you are a subscriber and you confirm your October requirement by July, we reserve your stock. Even if the item sells out on our website in August or September, your allocation is held. Walk-in or online orders do not get this guarantee.
Can I pause or cancel?
You can cancel before the next quarter’s dispatch for a full refund of that quarter. Annual subscribers receive a refund for remaining full quarters. One pause per year is allowed — your subscription simply extends by one quarter.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Share a photo with us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no charge. All fragile items are individually bubble-wrapped.
