What is the minimum order?
Plain bulk orders start at 5 pieces per design. Branded or customised orders start at 25 pieces, subject to the product and work required. Tell us your total quantity so we can confirm suitable options.
Can we add gift boxes or our branding?
Gift-box packing is available. Share your preferred presentation and any logo or message requirements; we’ll confirm what is possible, the cost and the lead time for your selected pieces. A photograph of a gift box is an example, not an included package.
Does a dispatch date guarantee arrival before Diwali?
No. Dispatch and arrival are different. Your quote must confirm availability, packing and a courier schedule that works for your required arrival date. An enquiry alone does not reserve stock or confirm an order.
Can you quote for several offices, hotels or event locations?
Yes—share the delivery cities, PIN codes and quantities per location. We’ll include the proposed shipping arrangement and applicable charges in your quote.
Will we receive a GST invoice?
Yes, GST invoices are available for B2B orders. Share your company billing and GST details when confirming the order. Prices, taxes, packing and freight should be reviewed together in your quote.
Where are the products made or sourced?
We are based in Jodhpur. We manufacture our metal decor other than brass, plus our resin and marble-dust products, and source brass and wooden pieces from other makers. Material and finish vary by product—check the product details or ask us before finalising.
