White Elephant Pair for Home Entrance, Pooja Room & Mandir Base

A matched pair of hand-finished elephant statues in solid marble-dust resin – substantial enough to hold their own on an entrance console, a pooja room shelf or a living room cabinet, and sized to sit neatly beneath a home mandir.

What is included
Two elephant statues, 8 x 9 inch each, approximately 2 kg each. Please note that the mandir, idol, lamps and flowers shown in the photographs are styling props and are not part of this set.

Where it works
Either side of an entrance or foyer console; on a pooja room shelf; flanking a living room or office display; or as a base pair placed beneath a marble, Corian or carved wooden mandir, level with the platform or beside the steps.

Finish and colour
Refined white marble-dust resin with fine carved detailing across the body and blanket, finished with hand-painted pink ears and eye detail in the classic Rajasthani style. Solid, not hollow
Each piece is cast in a dense marble dust and resin composition with a solid inner body, weighing approximately 2 kg. That weight is deliberate – it keeps the statues stable on open shelving and at floor level, where lightweight hollow figurines tip or chip.

Vastu and meaning
Elephants are associated with wisdom, stability, strength and protection. In vastu tradition a pair placed facing inward near an entrance is believed to guard the home and invite prosperity; near a mandir they are placed as a mark of reverence and auspicious beginnings.

Care
Dust with a dry or lightly damp soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners and prolonged direct sunlight, which can dull the finish over time.
