What Is Dropshipping?
Dropshipping means you sell a product on your own store or channels without holding stock. When a customer orders from you, you place that order with us, and we ship it directly to your customer. You never touch the inventory — you focus on marketing and sales, and we handle the product, packing and dispatch.
How Kraftskala Dropshipping Works
Our program is built around five things:
- Blind / white-label shipping. Parcels go out with no Kraftskala branding and no price slip. Your invoice and brand go inside, so to your customer it looks like it shipped from you. This is the part most people ask about — yes, it is fully blind.
- You bring the sales. You sell through your own website (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) or your own marketing — Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, your boutique. We are your back-end supplier, not your marketer.
- Negotiated wholesale pricing. Your rate depends on your volume and product mix. Tell us what you plan to sell and roughly how much, and we will share wholesale pricing — your margin is the gap between that and your retail price, which you set.
- We give you what you need to sell. Product photos and descriptions you can put straight on your store, plus live stock and availability so you never sell something that is out of stock.
- We pack and ship; you handle support. We make, pack and dispatch every order pan-India. You own the customer relationship — order updates, questions and after-sales are handled by you.
What We Do Not Do (Read This First)
Being upfront saves everyone time:
- No Amazon or Flipkart dropshipping. The big marketplaces do not allow third-party blind-shipped goods under their dropshipping policies — the seller of record has to be the shipper. Dropshipping our parcels into an Amazon or Flipkart order risks your account being suspended, so we do not support it. Sell on your own channels instead.
- No COD rejects or customer returns. We replace or refund anything damaged or defective in transit — that is on us. But we do not take back COD parcels a customer refuses, or change-of-mind returns. Because of that, we recommend prepaid orders or qualifying your COD customers well.
- We are a supplier, not a marketer. We will not run your ads or find your customers. The sales engine is yours; the product and fulfilment are ours.

Who handles returns?
