What Is Dropshipping?
Dropshipping means you sell a product on your own store or channels without holding stock. When a customer orders from you, you place that order with us, and we ship it directly to your customer. You never touch the inventory — you focus on marketing and sales, and we handle the product, packing and dispatch.
How Kraftskala Dropshipping Works
Our program is built around five things:
- Blind / white-label shipping. Parcels go out with no Kraftskala branding and no price slip. Your invoice and brand go inside, so to your customer it looks like it shipped from you. This is the part most people ask about — yes, it is fully blind.
- You bring the sales. You sell through your own website (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) or your own marketing — Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, your boutique. We are your back-end supplier, not your marketer.
- Negotiated wholesale pricing. Your rate depends on your volume and product mix. Tell us what you plan to sell and roughly how much, and we will share wholesale pricing — your margin is the gap between that and your retail price, which you set.
- We give you what you need to sell. Product photos and descriptions you can put straight on your store, plus live stock and availability so you never sell something that is out of stock.
- We pack and ship; you handle support. We make, pack and dispatch every order pan-India. You own the customer relationship — order updates, questions and after-sales are handled by you.
What We Do Not Do (Read This First)
Being upfront saves everyone time:
- No Amazon or Flipkart dropshipping. The big marketplaces do not allow third-party blind-shipped goods under their dropshipping policies — the seller of record has to be the shipper. Dropshipping our parcels into an Amazon or Flipkart order risks your account being suspended, so we do not support it. Sell on your own channels instead.
- No undercutting our published price. You must not advertise, list or sell any product below the selling price we publish for it on kraftskala.com — including via a discount code, coupon or bundle that takes the effective price below it. We sell the same pieces through our own site and through authorised retail and marketplace channels, and they are entitled to price protection. You are free to sell above that price and keep the difference.
- No COD rejects or customer returns. We replace or refund anything damaged or defective in transit — that is on us. But we do not take back COD parcels a customer refuses, or change-of-mind returns. Because of that, we recommend prepaid orders or qualifying your COD customers well.
- We are a supplier, not a marketer. We will not run your ads or find your customers. The sales engine is yours; the product and fulfilment are ours.

Do you ship blind / white-label?
Yes. No Kraftskala branding and no price slip in the parcel — your invoice and brand go inside, so it looks like it came from you.
Can I dropship your products on Amazon or Flipkart?
No. Those marketplaces prohibit third-party blind-shipped dropshipping and you risk account suspension. We supply for your own website and your own marketing channels only.
What does it cost / what is the pricing?
Wholesale pricing is negotiated based on your volume and product mix. Request the catalogue and tell us your plan, and we will share rates. Your selling price is the price we publish for that product on kraftskala.com — you may sell at or above it and keep the difference, but not below it. See “Can I set my own selling price?” below.
Can I set my own selling price?
You choose how you market and position the product, but not the floor. Each item must be listed at or above the selling price we publish for it on kraftskala.com — never below, and not below it via a coupon, bundle or sale price either. Anything you charge above that floor is yours to keep. Partners see the exact figure for every product in the Partner Portal, shown as “You sell at”. We give 15 days’ notice before changing a published price. This protects you as much as us: it stops other resellers undercutting you on the identical piece.
Who handles returns?
We replace or refund items damaged or defective in transit. We do not accept COD rejects or change-of-mind customer returns, so prepaid orders are recommended.
Do you provide product images and stock?
Yes — photos, descriptions and live stock/availability so you can list and sell confidently.

Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes. We run a dedicated blind-dropshipping program for online resellers. We are the manufacturer — handcrafted iron, brass, marble, resin and wood home décor from Jodhpur — so you buy direct from the source.
Do I need to buy inventory in advance, or do you ship after I receive an order?
No inventory needed. It is true dropshipping — you hold zero stock. When a customer orders on your store, you send us the order and we pack and ship it directly to your customer. You pay us only after you have received the order.
What are your wholesale and dropshipping prices?
Your dropship price for every product is shown in the Partner Portal the moment you register — 25% off the price published on kraftskala.com, with that published price as the minimum you list at. Volume buyers can request a better rate from inside the portal, and we finalise a rate card when you onboard.
What are your shipping charges and delivery timelines across India?
We deliver pan-India, typically in 4–9 business days, with fragile-safe packing for marble, brass and resin. You have two options: (1) we handle shipping and charge it per order, or (2) you provide the shipping labels from your own courier account — we pack and hand the parcel to your courier, and we increase your discount in return.
Do you provide product photos and descriptions for my website?
Yes — as a partner you are licensed to use our product photographs and descriptions straight from kraftskala.com and our catalog for your own listings, for as long as you are in the program. Nothing to wait for — take what you need. We also keep you on a live stock list so your listings stay accurate and you never oversell.
Can I sell the products under my own brand?
Absolutely. It is a blind / white-label program — all packaging and paperwork carry your brand, not ours. One condition: the program is for your own website or store only, not for reselling on marketplaces like Amazon or Flipkart.
Do you use neutral packaging, or can you provide custom branding?
Both. The default is neutral, unbranded packaging with no Kraftskala marks, and we insert your packing slip and invoice. We also offer custom branded packaging — share your logo or label and we will dispatch in your brand’s packaging.
What is your return and replacement policy?
We replace or refund for transit damage (items that arrive broken). We do not accept COD rejections or change-of-mind returns — as the seller of record, customer service on those sits with you.
Is there any minimum order quantity or membership fee?

How do I place orders once I start receiving customer orders?
Pick the products in your Partner Portal and check out with your partner price applied automatically — your details in billing, your customer’s address in shipping — or send us the order by WhatsApp, email or a shared sheet, whichever suits you. Orders received by 10 AM are dispatched the same day. We keep you on a live stock list so you always know what is available.
Which products can I dropship?

How will I know what is in stock?
We share a live stock list and keep you updated, so you can hide or pause anything temporarily out of stock and avoid overselling.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes — every order ships with a GST invoice. Because the program is blind, your customer-facing paperwork carries your brand.
Is the deposit really refundable?
Yes — it is a one-time security deposit, not a fee. When you decide to exit the program, we settle any pending order dues and refund the balance to your bank account within 7 working days.
How do I pay the deposit, if I need one?
From the COD tab in your Partner Portal — a secure Razorpay payment link: pay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet, and you get an instant receipt. If you would rather transfer directly, UPI and bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) work too. Payments are made to Infinity Solutions, the registered firm behind the Kraftskala brand.
Is there a contract to sign?
Yes — a short Partner Agreement covering pricing, shipping, returns and the deposit. You read and sign it on screen when you register (typing your name is your signature). No stamp paper, no notary, nothing to email back.
How do payments for orders work?
You pay the agreed dropship price for each order before we dispatch it — by Razorpay link, UPI or bank transfer. Every order ships with a GST invoice.
