Ask five corporate gifting suppliers whether they can put your logo on a product and all five will say yes. Ask what that actually means on a handcrafted brass idol or a marble showpiece, and the answers start to differ — because unlike a printed mug or a moulded pen, natural materials don’t take branding the same way plastic or metal-stamped promotional merchandise does. Personalized corporate gifts built from brass, marble, resin and wood each have a different honest answer to “can you brand this,” and a supplier who gives you a straight answer before you order is worth more than one who says “yes, no problem” to everything.
We’re Kraftskala, a handcrafted home decor manufacturer working out of our own workshop in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. We field this question on almost every corporate enquiry call — HR teams wanting a company logo on 200 Diwali gifts, procurement teams wanting a client’s name engraved on a leadership gift, sales teams wanting a branded box for a trade-show giveaway. This guide is the honest version of that conversation: what genuinely takes a logo well, what only takes it on the packaging, what it costs to add, and how much lead time it needs.
Because the search demand here is real but the competition is thin — “corporate gifts with logo” and “company logo gifts” queries rarely get answered with this level of specificity — we think a genuinely useful answer is also our fastest realistic way to rank and be trusted. So no generic promises: every claim below is what we can actually do in our own workshop, in real MOQs and real lead times.

What Can and Cannot Be Branded: A Manufacturer’s Honest Answer
This is the section most suppliers skip, because the honest answer is “it depends on the material,” and that’s a harder sell than “yes, we brand everything.” Here is how it actually breaks down in our workshop.
Brass takes engraving well. Solid brass — idols, diyas, figurine pairs — can be laser-engraved directly onto a flat surface (a base, a plinth, the underside) without weakening the piece or looking cheap. This is our most requested branding technique and the one that ages best; the mark doesn’t wear off. It does need a flat-enough surface, so a highly contoured brass figurine may only take engraving on its base rather than its body.
Marble and marble-dust resin generally do not take engraving. The surface is too soft and porous for a clean laser mark, and cutting into stone changes the piece’s structural integrity. For marble gift sets and elephant pairs, branding moves to the packaging: a printed or embossed card inside the box, a branded sleeve, or a metal nameplate affixed to the accompanying wooden base where one exists.
Iron and metal showpieces take a printed or engraved plate. Pen stands, tealight holders and iron figurines can carry a small brass or acrylic plate fixed to the base — this is often cheaper than direct engraving and works on pieces with an irregular or painted surface where a laser mark wouldn’t show up cleanly.
Wooden bases take an inset plate or direct laser engraving. Showpieces mounted on a wooden base (boat showpieces, tribal figurines, elephant sets) are some of the easiest pieces to personalise — wood engraves cleanly and cheaply, and a plate can be inset without looking like an afterthought.
The universal fallback is the box. Whatever the piece is made of, a branded outer box, an insert card with your logo, or a ribbon in your brand colour always works. For pieces where direct branding genuinely doesn’t suit the material — a plain marble urli, for instance — this is the honest recommendation, not a workaround dressed up as a feature.
Personalised Corporate Gift Picks, by Branding Method
Riddhi Siddhi Ganesh Brass Idol — Rs.1,199

Solid brass base takes a clean laser-engraved company name or a short message directly beneath the idol — one of our best examples of engraving done right on a devotional piece.
Desk Pen Stand Decorative Showpiece (Green) — Rs.899

Iron base takes a small engraved or printed plate. This is our single most-branded SKU for onboarding-day gifting because it’s affordable in volume and the plate reads clearly at desk distance.
Desk Pen Stand Monkey Showpiece (Red) — Rs.899

A second colourway of the same range — useful for running two SKUs with the same plate branding across departments or seniority tiers without doubling your setup cost.
Traditional Brass Peacock Diya with Bell — Rs.2,199

The flat brass base beneath the peacock takes a discreet engraved line — company name and year works well here without competing with the piece’s detail.
Premium Brass Elephant Figurine — Rs.1,399

A wide, stable brass base makes this one of the easier figurines to engrave without disturbing the sculpted form above it.
Three Marble Elephants on Wooden Base Gift Box Set — Rs.1,899

The marble elephants themselves stay unbranded, but the wooden base takes an inset engraved plate, and the presentation box takes your logo on the lid — the honest two-part answer for marble-plus-wood pieces.
Premium Marble Gift Box Set — Rs.4,999

Pure marble pieces throughout — no engraving on the contents, full branding on the box exterior and an insert card. At this price point, a well-branded box still reads as a considered leadership gift.
Set of 2 Brass Duck Figurines — Rs.799

Small enough to double as a desk paperweight, and the flat underside takes a tiny engraved line — a low-cost bulk pick for large headcounts that still gets a personal touch.
White Marble Lotus Urli with Diya — Rs.1,599

A case where we’d tell you plainly: don’t ask us to engrave the marble. Box and card branding only — and it still works, because the urli is the gift and the box is where your company shows up.
Radha Krishna Boat Showpiece, 15 inch — Rs.1,599

Iron figure on a wooden base — engraving works on the base, and the iron surface can take a small fixed plate if you’d rather keep the wood plain.
The Numbers: MOQ, Cost, Lead Time and Quantity
Branding is a genuine extra production step, not a checkbox — here’s what it actually changes on an order.
MOQ. 25 pieces per design for branded orders, versus 5 pieces per design for plain, unbranded pieces. This gap exists because engraving setup and plate-cutting dies need enough pieces to be worth running — it isn’t an arbitrary gate.
What it adds to lead time. Dispatch is 10–14 working days from design approval for plain orders. Branded orders need your logo file and a proof sign-off first — budget an extra 2–4 working days for a mock-up round before that 10–14 day clock starts, longer if you need more than one revision.
What it adds to cost. Engraving on brass or wood is typically the cheapest branding method per piece; a printed or embossed plate on iron or a box comes next; a fully custom branded box with an insert card is the most flexible but adds the most per unit at low volumes and comes down meaningfully at 100+ pieces. Exact per-piece branding cost is confirmed on your quote — it varies by technique, piece size and quantity, so we don’t publish a flat number that wouldn’t hold across our catalogue.
GST and documentation. Every order — branded or plain — ships with a GST invoice, with the applicable HSN code shown for the material. This is general information, not a tax ruling; confirm treatment for your specific case with your own CA.
Budget bands with branding included. Under Rs.1,000 (pen stands, brass duck pairs) suits large all-staff branded gifting where the engraving is a small line rather than a full plate. Rs.1,000–2,000 (Ganesh brass idols, boat showpieces, marble-and-wood sets) is the working range for client and manager gifting where a proper plate or box branding fits the budget comfortably. Rs.2,000+ (premium marble sets, larger brass pieces) is where box branding alone still reads as considered, because the piece itself is already the statement.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can every product in your catalogue be branded?
No, and we’d rather say so upfront. Solid brass, iron and wood take direct engraving or a fixed plate well. Pure marble and marble-dust resin generally cannot be engraved cleanly — for those, branding moves to the box, insert card or a wooden base where one is included.
What’s the minimum order for a branded gift?
25 pieces per design. Plain, unbranded pieces have a lower minimum of 5 per design, and mixed orders across multiple designs are welcome.
How long does branding add to my order?
Budget an extra 2–4 working days for your logo file and proof approval before the standard 10–14 working day dispatch window begins. The approval step, not the engraving itself, is usually what takes the time.
Can you engrave a client’s name for a one-off leadership gift?
Yes — personalised single-recipient engraving on brass or wood pieces is straightforward even outside a bulk order, though per-piece cost is naturally higher than at 25+ volume.
Do you provide a physical branding sample before a large order?
Yes. We recommend it for any order over 100 pieces — a single sample with your actual logo lets you check size, placement and finish before we run the full batch.
Is there a membership or access fee to place a branded order?
No. You request a quote, approve a design and proof, and we dispatch. There’s no membership or access fee at any tier.
