Description
A single black horse, reared up and mid-stride, made to be looked at.
The body is cast in resin and finished in a deep glossy black. Over it sit the saddle panels, raised and heavily patterned in green, maroon and gold tone, with small coloured studs set into the flowers. Those studs are jewel-style accents, not real stones. The mane and tail are sculpted separately and the bridle is picked out by hand, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
It stands about 15 inches tall and 10 inches long, on a rectangular base of about 7 x 3 inches. That is a proper centrepiece size. It holds an entrance console, a living room shelf, a showcase, an office cabinet, a reception counter or a cafe display without looking small on it.
In Indian tradition a horse stands for speed, courage, ambition and forward movement. Many people keep one in a living room, a study or a work cabin for that reason. It is a cultural association only, and no result is promised.
It makes an easy gift for housewarming and griha pravesh, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and corporate gifting.
Care: keep it on a level, dry surface. Dust gently with a soft dry cloth. Do not soak it, and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners.
In the box: 1 horse showpiece. Colour: Black. Material: Resin. Country of origin: India.
