Set this Lakshmi Ganesh idol pair where it catches daylight or lamplight. The pale cream body holds that light, and when the room goes dark it gives it back as a soft green glow. There is nothing to switch on and nothing to plug in. The glow fades gradually through the night and charges again the next time the lights are on, so the brighter the light it sits in, the stronger the glow. It is a quiet glow, closer to a night light than to a lamp.

Two separate idols

You receive one Lakshmi Devi idol and one Lord Ganesha idol, each seated on a pink lotus on its own rectangular plinth. Because they are two loose figures and not one joined casting, you can arrange them to suit the shelf you have.

Polyresin, painted by colour

The idols are made of polyresin. They are not brass, not metal and not marble. Gold-colour crowns and haloes, a pink lotus seat and fine painted features sit against the cream glow body, and Ganesha’s little mouse rides on the front of his plinth.

Each figure stands about 6 inches tall on its plinth, and the two together weigh roughly 800 g. Those measurements are for one idol, not for the two of them side by side and not for the shipping carton, so allow room between the two plinths.
