Diwali gifts for dealers, distributors and channel partners get planned differently inside most companies than gifts for employees or clients, and they get planned badly. HR or admin usually owns the employee Diwali box; sales or trade marketing usually owns the channel list — and the channel list is rarely one flat group. A company with 300 retail counters, 40 regional distributors and 8 super-stockists doesn’t send the same gift to all three, and the ones that try end up either overspending on the retail tier or under-gifting the distributors who actually move volume for them all year.
We make the pieces ourselves, out of our own workshop in Jodhpur, so this is written from the packing-list side: what survives a two-wheeler delivery to a retail counter versus a courier run to a distributor’s office, what a realistic budget looks like at each tier, and the order-by date for Diwali (Sunday, 8 November 2026) — tighter than most trade-marketing teams expect, since every company with a channel network orders in the same six-week window.
Below: why channel gifting needs to be tiered rather than uniform, 11 in-stock picks organised across four trade tiers with real prices, the budget and quantity math we see from actual purchase orders, and the questions sales-ops and trade-marketing teams ask us every October.

Why one gift for the whole channel doesn’t work
We get asked, most often by a trade-marketing manager who’s just inherited the channel list from someone else: can we just pick one nice piece and order it in bulk for everyone? You can, and plenty of companies do — but it creates two problems we see every season.
- It either overspends on volume or underspends on relationships. A gift priced right for 300 retail counters is too thin for the 8 distributors who hold your credit terms and carry your full catalogue. Priced right for the distributors, the same gift for 300 retailers blows the budget before targets are even set.
- It ignores how the gift gets delivered. A retail-counter gift is usually handed over by a sales rep on rounds — it needs to survive a bag, not a courier. A distributor gift ships by courier to one office address and can be larger and boxed. Treating both the same wastes durability or presentation.
This is a different problem from gifting your own employees (where everyone reports to one HR calendar) or gifting a short list of key clients (where each relationship is judged individually). A channel network sits in between — dozens to hundreds of recipients, but organised in a clear hierarchy that a gifting plan should follow, not flatten.

The other reason to tier it: Diwali gifting to a channel network is the most visible touchpoint in an ongoing trade relationship tied to the year’s targets and credit terms. A distributor who’s cleared a scheme target expects that to show in what arrives in November — not the same pen stand sent to every retail counter on the list.
11 in-stock picks across four trade tiers
Elegant Marble Elephant Statue, 2 Inch — Rs.399

Retailer / POS staff tier. Solid makrana marble, small enough to hand across a shop counter without packaging fuss — the entry point for a token run to hundreds of retail points.
Marble Elephant Showpiece, Set of 2, 2×3 Inch — Rs.799

Retailer / POS staff tier. A pair rather than a single piece reads as a slightly more considered gift at the same counter-friendly size and price band.
Desk Pen Stand, Bullock Cart Showpiece — Rs.799

Retailer / POS staff tier. Iron, hand-painted, and genuinely useful at a shop counter afterward — it keeps working past the festival, unlike a purely decorative token.
Royal Gajraj Elephant 2×3 Inch Pair — Rs.799

Retailer / POS staff tier. Small enough for a delivery-van dashboard as much as a counter — a common request when the recipient list includes drivers and field staff, not only shop owners.
Blue & Gold Mini Elephant Pair, 3 Inch — Rs.999

Dealer tier. A step up in finish and colour from the retail-tier pieces — noticeable to a dealer who received last year’s plainer gift and this year’s brighter one.
Metal Elephant Showpiece with Globe — Rs.1,199

Dealer tier. The globe motif reads as a business gift rather than a purely festive one — a desk piece a dealer keeps out year-round.
Decorative Camel Statue, Set of 2 — Rs.1,199

Dealer tier. Distinctive enough to stand out from the generic festival stock a dealer receives from three or four other suppliers in the same week.
Peach & Cream Elephant Pair, 5 Inch — Rs.1,999

Dealer tier. The top of the dealer band — a larger pair with enough presence to sit visibly in a dealership office rather than a back-room shelf.
Rajasthani Camel Showpiece with Handler, 20 Inch — Rs.2,499

Distributor / super-stockist tier. Solid iron on a wide base, sturdy enough for a showroom counter without a stand — the gift a regional distributor remembers past this season, not just this festival.
White & Gold Elephant Pair, 8 Inch — Rs.3,999

Distributor / super-stockist tier. A large-format pair with gold detailing — the kind of piece that goes on an office reception desk, where visiting dealers and their own retailers will see it.
Premium Auspicious Marble Gift Box Set, 12×15 Inch — Rs.4,999

Top tier — C&F agents, regional heads. Five elephants, mangal kalash, shreephal and a diya, ready-boxed in a finished presentation set — for a short list of the 10-15 relationships that matter most, not a broad channel run.
Gold Camel Statue Showpiece Pair, 10 & 9 Inch — Rs.4,999

Top tier — C&F agents, regional heads. A striking, large-format pair for a company whose channel identity leans into Rajasthani craft — memorable enough that a top distributor mentions it back to your sales team next year.
Budgets, quantities and the order-by date for 8 November
Real ranges from the tiered channel orders we’ve packed, not aspirational ones:
- Retailer / POS tier (200–500 recipients): the Rs.399–899 band. At 300 pieces mixed across two or three SKUs, budget roughly Rs.1,80,000–2,40,000 before branding.
- Dealer tier (50–150 recipients): the Rs.999–1,999 band. At 100 pieces, budget roughly Rs.1,10,000–1,60,000.
- Distributor / super-stockist tier (15–40 recipients): the Rs.2,499–3,999 band. At 25 pieces, budget roughly Rs.75,000–95,000.
- Top tier — C&F agents, regional heads (5–15 recipients): the Rs.4,999 band. At 10 pieces, budget roughly Rs.45,000–55,000.
Most channel-gifting purchase orders we process combine all four tiers in one PO, split by recipient list and address.
MOQ is 25 pieces per design for branded orders, and 5 per design for plain pieces — the smallest tier here (10 pieces) clears the plain-piece minimum comfortably, though branding a run that small usually means a plain finish or absorbing the 25-piece minimum. Dispatch is 10–14 working days from design approval, and since every company with a channel network places Diwali orders in the same six-to-eight week window, the safe order-by date for a multi-tier order is the last week of September to the first week of October — earlier than a single-address order needs, because more SKUs mean more approval rounds before production starts. A free, itemised quote comes back within 24 hours and the rate is held for 30 days, with no membership or access fee.
Multi-location dispatch: a channel gifting order is rarely one delivery address. We split a single purchase order into separate consignments — one per dealer, distributor or regional office — under one consolidated GST invoice, so you place one PO with an address list and quantities per stop rather than forty separate orders for forty destinations.
Packing: retail-tier pieces are packed to survive a sales rep’s delivery bag; dealer- and distributor-tier pieces get individually cushioned inner packing inside a courier-rated outer carton, the same fragile-safe standard across every tier and every destination, from a metro office to a smaller-town dealership.
GST and documentation: every consignment ships with a GST invoice, and HSN classification varies by material — for how that fits your input tax credit, confirm treatment with your own CA.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do we really need four different gifts, or can we simplify to two tiers?
Two tiers works for smaller channel networks — typically dealer-and-below in one gift, distributor-and-above in another. Four tiers earns its complexity mainly once your retail/POS count runs into the hundreds and the price gap between your smallest and largest recipient groups is wide.
How is this different from Ayudha Puja or Dussehra gifting to the same channel partners?
Ayudha Puja (20 October 2026) is a tools-and-livelihood occasion concentrated in South India. Diwali gifting is the pan-India, prosperity-and-relationship occasion that reaches your whole channel network regardless of region — the one gift almost every recipient expects.
Can every tier be branded with our company logo?
Yes — engraving on brass or resin, a printed plate on a wooden base, or a branded outer box, depending on the piece. Branding needs 25 pieces per design; plain, unbranded pieces need just 5.
Our dealer network spans 60+ cities. How do you handle that many delivery addresses?
Send us the address list with quantities per stop when you request a quote. We split the order into individual consignments by address and ship each one fragile-safe packed, all invoiced under one consolidated GST invoice.
What’s the real order-by date if we want gifts delivered before 8 November?
A single-tier, single-address order can still work in the last two weeks of October. A multi-tier order with several SKUs and internal sign-offs should be confirmed by the last week of September to the first week of October — production capacity tightens closer to the date.
Do you offer GST invoices across a multi-tier, multi-consignment order?
Yes, every order and every split consignment ships with a GST invoice, with no membership or access fee.
